Constellation Snaps Up WalletFi for Undisclosed Terms







Open development platform Constellation Digital Partners has acquired WalletFi, a subscription management solution and Analytics-as-a-Service provider, for undisclosed terms.

The acquisition cements Constellation’s commitment to digital innovation and serving its credit union and community bank partners with enhanced digital service offerings, according to a press release Tuesday (Aug. 23). As part of this acquisition, Constellation will retain the entire WalletFi team.

“WalletFi has been a fantastic partner from the beginning, and we’re elated to expand on our relationship with their team through this acquisition,” said Kris Kovacs, Constellation president and CEO. “Pairing WalletFi’s technology with the power of our Digital Banking Services will enable our clients to offer truly unique and intuitive services that engage and delight their users.

“We’re also pleased to be adding the leadership and experience of the WalletFi team to our own.”

Per the release, Constellation enables credit unions and community banks to launch scalable, FinTech-powered digital banking services. Companies can choose whether to add just one FinTech service to their existing suite of financial services or replace everything with Constellation’s cloud-native patented platform.

WalletFi is a subscription management solution that works to unlock the intelligence within recurring payments. WalletFi also delivers actionable insights for community financial institutions and FinTech companies.
